Daniel had three tonnes of river pebbles delivered Saturday morning... and as the tip truck started pouring the pebbles down onto the driveway we decided that maybe half the load would have been enough. Any suggestions on how to use a tonne and a half of river pebbles that doesn't involve pouring them on the garden?
Anyway the truck pouring pebbles induced excitment into the neighbourhood children, including our own. And before we could blink the boys from across the road were over ready to help start digging and moving. In fact Dan had to send out the barrow before he was ready as the (non-hired) help were yelling for vessels to put their brand new treasure into.

Those ears don't come from my side of the family....my ears aren't even big enough to hold my hair off my face. When she turns 21 and looks at this photo again she can blame her Dad. :)
