Dan's favourite place was the Air and Space Museum.
There was certainly lots of interesting stuff - some of it original some of it the 'copies' that were used in the practise runs.
This is the genuine thing from Apollo 11, the capsule the astronauts came back in.

A practice one for the moon mission.

There was sooooo much in this museum it was overwhelming.
Including a McDonald's 'mega mall' for lunch!

Space pens :o) yep, the Russians used a pencil.
They had other displays of planes and things but I enjoyed the space part the most.
