Liam lives in Beechworth, across the road from our friend Maree. Even though he's a year old than Gee they seem to play together fairly well and she really looks forward to going round to Maree's to play with Liam.
Liam turned 5 at the beginning of January and invited Georgie to his party. It was at the play centre place in Wangaratta which was seriously the hottest place on earth that day. It was so hot that sitting in the breeze from their big evaporate air conditioning fans you still had sweat running down your face. Inside the party room the icecream cake lasted less than 5 minutes before it was pretty much completely melted.
The kids seemed to enjoy themselves.
Jamie was a cheeky little thing that day... he wanted Georgie's milkshake so I held the glass and let him chew the straw while I chatted with Mum and before we knew it he had figured out how to suck through the straw and had milkshake all over his face and down his clothes. Not bad for a 5 month old!
