Just some other shots from the Virgin Islands
We found a shop that made the yummiest gooiest cakes....

Some shots of St Thomas.
The big cruise ships pull in to St Thomas to do lots of duty free shopping. You seem to get a better deal if you let the shop people know you're not with one of the ships.
There are lots of little lanes full of shops and the architecture is interesting.

The streets are lined with jewellery shops and duty free perfume/alcohol/cigarette shops.

One of the local cemeteries. It's interesting how all the graves are above the ground - I'd guess that's to do with flooding.
Here is one of the beautiful parrots that were at our hotel.
This one liked ladies and I would come down every morning to talk to it.
This one didn't like ladies and I didn't talk to it.

Iguanas
Behind the hotel they feed the iguanas lots of scraps.
Strange looking creatures... you kind of want to get up close to them,

and then you kind of don't.

If you look closely you'll see them all in the trees.
That was a bit creepy.
The official photographer caught this guy eating the pink flowers.
Love the way it looks like lipstick.

Hard work at PC*
*PC = President's Club
Ok, so here's the location of one of the business meetings.
Yep, it's a hard life.
This is just a quick shot of the beach we're leaving behind.
Ready for the business meeting

Nice weather for it..

Business colleagues - ok, Alex (at the back) is Dan's work colleague, that's me and Elaine.

Yep, everyone busy in the meeting.

Off we go.

Nice blue water.

Essential equipment in any business meeting.
Most the time when we go on these lovely sunny trips you can find me somewhere hiding from the sun, the Americans though, have generally just emerged from a *lot* of snow so they are all outside getting as much sunshine as they can.

Elaine and Alex.

Some more Aussies - well the white one is an import with an American accent. :o)
And we've reached the business meeting destination.

Dan and Kim (she's a Bozemanian but we're slowly teaching her some Aussie).
Getting some wise words on what to do and look for in this meeting.
Yep... hard at work.

We went out round the other side of the island to do some snorkeling... isn't he cute?

Sorry, my camera wasn't waterproof, somewhere I have one of those old disposable waterproof film cameras that we tried to take a few photos with. Just haven't got them developed yet.
Business meeting over. What do the Aussie boys do? A little partying of course. (And I should add here, it was only the Aussie boys partying. They're wild and crazy Down Under.)

And this is what all that lovely salt water and sea breeze - not to mention humidity, can do to your hair.
