In October we went to Phuket for my brother's wedding. (The brother that lives in Canada, not my baby brother.)
It was a nice holiday and now, five months later, I find it hard to remember how hot it was. But it was hot... and sticky, even though we all look calm and collected.
Georgia and Aurora
Georgie had a pretty dress with butterflies all over it. It had a nice twirly skirt. She had some matching jewellery and we bought a beautiful frangipani hair clip in the Kata Beach markets.
James picked out his own clothes for the wedding. We went into Target one day and he picked the outfit out and told me that was what he wanted to wear for the wedding. He was funny about it too, he would open his wardrobe and tell me they were his clothes for the party at the wedding and wouldn't wear them at any other time. I was almost worried that he wouldn't wear them on the day, but the day came and that was the outfit he was looking for - of course.
Poor Uncle Tim. He spent all of the hot afternoon out smoothing out the sand for the wedding isle. James took one look at the sand and went running everywhere... the smooth no footprint section was too much for him and he went running up and down it until it looked like someone had partied all over it.

dum dum da dum.. here comes the bride.....

Georgie held Peggy's flowers and handed her one of the rings.
And look at Little Mister Shy - if she's up there being the centre of attention so am I!

My parents and the happy couple.
All the parents.
I'd like to tell you this is a random shot not catching them at their best, but nope, they were all being silly for the camera.
And again - yep, they posed that way.
Well they told me they were behaving... but....

The wedding was good but playing was great!
Nice views down the secluded beach.

Our happy family.

We sat and had drinks at the bar while the wedding party took photos.
Not a bad sunset is it?

This little man kept me company.
