This is a fairly recent photo. The house should be going to lock up this week. They were starting the process of cleaning everything up this week (yay).
Tiles are picked - and most are ordered. Still a few things left to confirm but most things are set and should just roll through now. yay! hurry up Mr Bob the Builder (ok his name is really Warwick)
